Type Windows Administrative Tools in the search field and click.
Then click the Registry Editor .
Then HYKEL_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE
From there, we enter Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > System . The black frame in the picture will be the title of our message.
Right-click and click change .
