With technological development, the defense industry has become the apple of governments' eye from past to present. This caused the intelligence race between states and I wrote about it.
SIGINT (signals intelligence)
SIGINT is intelligence-gathering by interception of signals. So signals can turn into analytical information... We can define like that.
So, Are there any organizations related to SIGINT in our country?
Yes, of course. But former General Staff Signal Intelligence Presidency left the general staff in 2012 and participated to MIT (intelligence agency of Turkey)
So the current name is Signal Intelligence Presidency. There are many software and hardware developed by Aselsan in our country. In fact, I would like to give you a few examples about this. Anka is one of our unmanned aerial vehicle that can make signal intelligence.
Aselsan also developed a radar that can track radio signals.
