‘’Temiz Kanı İle CUMHURİYET’e hayat veren Şehit Öğretmen Asteğmen Mustafa Fehmi KUBİLAY’’
‘’Menemen Olayı’’
23 Aralık 1930 sabahı Manisa'dan Menemen'e gelen dördü silahlı altı kişi, bir camiden aldıkları yeşil sancağı sabah namazından sonra ilçe meydanına dikerek silah zoruyla etraflarına adam toplamaya çalıştılar. Halkın katılmasıyla isyancı grup kısa zamanda büyüdü. İlk eylemciler arasında, Giritli Derviş Mehmet, Şamlı Mehmet, Sütçü Mehmet Emin, Nalıncı Hasan ve Küçük Hasan vardı. Derviş Mehmet cemaate kendini mehdi olarak tanıttı ve dini korumaya geldiklerini söyledi. Arkalarında 70 bin kişilik halife ordusu olduğunu, öğle saatlerine kadar şeriat bayrağı altında toplanmayanların kılıçtan geçirileceğini söyledi. Eylemciler meydana diktikleri ve şeriat sancağı olarak adlandırdıkları yeşil bayrağın çevresinde dönmeye, tekbir getirmeye ve zikretmeye başladılar. "Şapka giyen kafirdir. Yakında yine şeriata dönülecektir." diye bağırarak bir isyan hareketi başlattılar.
Olayların ilçedeki askeri birlikte duyulması üzerine alay komutanı, yedek subay Kubilay'ı bir manga askerle birlikte olay yerine gönderdi. Kubilay askerlerin yanından ayrılarak tek başına eylemcilerin arasına girdi ve teslim olmaya ikna etmeye çalıştı. Silahlı eylemcilerden biri ateş ederek Kubilay’ı yaraladı. Bunu gören askerler ateşle karşılık verdiler ancak tüfeklerinde öldürücü etkisi olmayan manevra fişekleri vardı. Elebaşlarından Derviş Mehmet "Bana kurşun işlemiyor.” diyerek halkı kutsal bir vazifesi olduğuna ikna etmeye çalıştı.
Kubilay yaralı halde uzaklaşarak cami avlusuna sığındı ancak Derviş Mehmet ve arkadaşları peşinden geldiler. Derviş Mehmet, çantasını açıp testere ağızlı bağ bıçağını çıkardı ve Kubilay'ın başını bedeninden ayırdı. Bir görgü tanığının ifadesine göre Derviş Mehmet, Kubilay'ın başını kestikten sonra akan kanını avuçlarıyla içmiştir.
Kesik başı yeşil bayrağın sopasına dikmeye çalıştılar ancak başaramadılar. Bunun üzerine kesik başı bayrağın sopasına iple bağladılar. Olay yerine sonradan gelen Bekçi Hasan ateş edip gruptan birini yaraladı ancak açılan ateş sonucu o da öldü. Arkadaşının yardımına koşan Bekçi Şevki de açılan ateş sonucu öldü.
Olay yerine gelen takviye birliklerin "Teslim ol!" çağrısına uymayan eylemciler ile askerler arasında çatışma çıktı. Göstericilerden bazıları öldü. Kaçmaya çalışan elebaşları ve eylemcilerin hepsi tutuklandı.
Meydana gelen bu Hain Olayın 93.yılında Şehit olanlara ithafen Saldırı Timleri adına‘’93’’ site hack edilmiştir.
